- If there is a double charge due to a system error.
- If a technical issue prevents the completion of the booking process.
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, users must contact our support team within 7 days of the appointment date.
Provide your booking details and a brief explanation of the issue.
3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- No-shows or late cancellations (within 24 hours of the appointment).
- If the service has been rendered as scheduled.
- Failure to provide correct booking information.
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if a service provider agrees to compensate for an unsatisfactory experience.
6. Online Payment on Website and App
LPFS MAKEFIT HEALTH PVT LTD provides an online payment option for booking services through its Website and App. Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways, and users are subject to their terms and conditions, along with their privacy policies.
LPFS MAKEFIT HEALTH PVT LTD is not responsible for:
- Incomplete or unsuccessful transactions.
- Bank, credit card, or third-party payment failures.
- Any loss or damage arising from the acceptance or decline of a transaction.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Users may cancel an appointment at least two hours before the scheduled time to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be refunded.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5 to 10 working days and credited to the original payment method.
All video consultations are strictly non-refundable.
Note: Refunds apply to consultation fees only. Any convenience fees paid during booking will not be refunded if the cancellation is initiated by the user.
